CHANGES

They will be accepted within a maximum period of 10 continuous days once the garment is received, within which the return of the product must be accredited to an address to be informed by Cher Tienda. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are completely their responsibility. Only products will be exchanged that maintain their original condition, with their packaging, that do not have stains, hair, or odors, that have not been washed, or that have signs of use.

Products purchased on promotion will not have the right to exchange. Only one exchange is allowed per product.

 

WARRANTY FOR FACTORY FAULTS

If the product received has manufacturing defects not attributable to customer manipulation, then the product will be repaired or exchanged for a new one of the same model and characteristics. An exchange cannot be made for a different product unless there is not enough stock. The product must be returned within a maximum period of 10 continuous days from purchase. In any case, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

 

RETURNS

No refunds will be made.
